Yep it’s a #pumpkin #pancake kinda morning!!! 💚🎃✅ These are made with a mixture of flours … Brown rice, teff, amaranth, quinoa & millet. I used flax “eggs”, pumpkin purée & unsweetened almond milk to make them as well. Sweetened the batter with a little powered stevia for a some #sugarfree sweetness.
Today’s #kombucha is the Trilogy which contains raspberry juice, ginger juice, lemon juice and of course kombucha! I enjoyed my fix of tasty probiotics, amino acids, polyphenols, and active enzymes. 👌👍 On another note I’m in full Fall & Halloween mode now which is why #pumpkins are in the background. LOL Decorations are out and a whole lot of pumpkin everything is going on over here! 🎃🎃🎃
